Andrew Feldman hosts the Gov Innovator podcast to share insights with results-focused leaders at the federal, state and local levels. His work focuses on helping public-sector organizations use evidence, data and innovation to better achieve their missions, as well as on evidence-based strategies to reduce poverty and expand opportunity.

Feldman's prior positions include special adviser on the Evidence Team at the White House Office of Management and Budget in the Obama administration, one of the top three appointed leaders at Wisconsin’s labor department, senior policy adviser in the Office of Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle, staff economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers in the Clinton administration, and special assistant to the president at MDRC. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College and earned his master's degree and Ph.D. in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
