Columbus, Ohio is using data and technology to improve mobility for city residents; while transportation and connectivity have always been a concern, the current pandemic has exacerbated many mobility issues. One of the pilots will be an autonomous shuttle that delivers groceries to low-income food deserts.

This report is a framework for public sector innovation that takes cities through the steps, mindset, and ecosystem necessary to make changes and improve government. The findings were informed by the six city and local governments and relied on input from over 150 public servants.
